Peggy is a retired RN having a 50+ year nursing career. Most of her nursing (26 years) has been devoted to long-term care at WhiteStone: A Masonic and Eastern Star Community. She retired in 2016 after 16 years as the Director of Nursing.
A lifelong member of Coble’s, Peggy serves primarily as the bulletin and newsletter secretary. She has been on the church council several times. She also chairs the Fellowship committee leading a great group of volunteers for events and projects.
Peggy and Larry celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary during COVID with a renewal of their marriage vows. A small group of family members attended this special service when Larry surprised everyone by singing Love Me Tender.
Peggy fulfilled an adventure in 2016 by doing a tandem skydiving event! Larry says he could hear her screaming all the way down. Larry and Peggy have very memorable trips together and with other family members. Grandchildren and their many activities also keep her busy. Family time is the very BEST!
