Larry is a lifelong member of Coble’s and grew up right next door to the parsonage.
Over the years he has served on the church council and various other committees. He has been treasurer of Coble’s for well over 25 years. He is also a member of the church choir. Larry retired in 2015 after 44 years with Pilot Life, Jefferson Pilot, and then Lincoln Financial. He was a technical programmer after years of on-the-job training. Over the years, instead of bringing home stray dogs, he brings home sick computers and tries to restore them to better health.
Larry has been married to his wife Peggy for 52 years. They have two adult sons and six grandchildren. In retirement, they stay busy with travel, grandchildren's activities, and church events. Larry never lacks for things to do as Peggy volunteers for him frequently!
