AS A CONGREGATION

ROAD CLEAN-UP About quarterly, we don our reflective vests, grab some trash bags, and clean up any litter on Coble Church Road.

BLESSING BOX  Our Blessing Box out at the street is a busy ministry. Not only do we keep it filled from food collections and monthly special offerings, but our community neighbors make deposits all the time. Those who need a meal simply drive up and take what they need. Using the Nextdoor app and Facebook, we assure that our community members know the location and what is offered.

MONTHLY COMMUNITY MEALS The 1st Saturday of each month at 6:00, we serve a free meal to our community. At least 40 people (sometimes many more!) share a good meal and great company. Free will offering is accepted to defray the cost of the meals, but there is no obligation whatsoever.

MONTHLY MEAL OUT IN OUR COMMUNITY The 1st Thursday of each month at 11:00, we gather at a restaurant to share a good meal and great company, as well as support a local restaurant. As we enjoy each other's company, pray together thanking God for the meal, and treat the staff with deep kindness and gratitude, we bear witness to Christian community.

4TH OF JULY MEAL HONORING OUR LOCAL FIRST RESPONDERS and MILITARY PERSONNEL The 1st Saturday of July, we throw a party to celebrate those who choose to serve our community and country. It's a FREE hotdog, hamburger, ice cream celebration open to all and in honor our those who serve.

TRUNK OR TREAT Each Halloween, we provide a fun and safe place for children to trick or treat, play games, and eat snacks. Rain or shine, we'll be here, ready to receive your children in our parking lot if weather permits or our fellowship hall if the weather is lousy.

BRUNSWICK STEW Twice a year, Fall and Winter, we spend a couple of days preparing 50 gallons of Brunswick stew. The profits from the sale of this stew go to the upkeep of our fellowship hall and kitchen, which people in our community regularly use for family and community events.
